Snacks Donation

To keep our youth energized, we stock snacks & drinks each session. Parents can help by contributing. Recommended donation is $20 — you can donate more as you like.

Waivers & Agreements

Waiver & Release *I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in the Al-Huda Youth Program. I understand that activities involve active games, outdoor activities, and occasional off-site field trips. Acknowledging such risks, I hereby waive and release Al-Huda Youth Group, Midwest Islamic Center, Masjid Al-Huda, and related entities from any liability for personal injury or property damage.

Photo / Video Release *I grant Al-Huda Youth Group permission to use photos and/or video of my child during the Youth Program for promotional purposes (website, email, print, etc.). My child's first name may be used; last name will not be shared without contacting me first.
